Their lift has just made this water access property a whole lot easier to access.

We had a wonderful summer, and for sure we were able to enjoy it all the more, for the addition of our inclined elevator.

Without a lift getting to the water involved a noisy, scary, 15 minute drive in a 4 x 4 vehicle on a steep, rough track that disturbed the neighbours. With the lift it’s 4 minutes and the neighbours can’t hear a thing nor can they see it from the water. Everybody loves it.

The new owners of this property needed the lift to access their floating boathouse, the existing stairs and platform were too tricky and too hard on their knees.

The owners of this lift live at their lakefront cottage year-round and found they were spending less and less time in the boathouse and on the water. Now they’re up and down the hill a dozen times a day.

The owners were finding that they could no longer get to the beach to spend time with their grandchildren.

Before this lift the owners need a 4 by 4 gator, a motor boat, and 30 minutes to get from their cottage to their floating dock. Now it’s a 1 minute walk and a 1 minute ride.

This spectacular lift has turned a challenging15 minute walk from the chateau to the water into an easy 60 second ride and will enable its’ owners to keep enjoying their beautiful setting indefinitely.

We built this lift with the installation hoist and have a cool video of 20' of track transitioning from the top pitch to the bottom pitch. We need to update our photos.

The owners of this property had an old lift but it was rickety and then it fell off the tracks so they wisely shut it down and had us remove it to build this lift so they can keep and use the cottage indefinitely.
