Having the inclinator to the approach to my cottage has been an absolute boon. Not only for my own arrivals and departures, but for guests and their luggage. John Weinstein and his crew are the epitome of professionalism.

The owner of this cottage needed the lift to stay at the cottage, the stairs were too much to manage.

The Upper Station Platform, built by Scott Hobbs and his crew, abuts the parking area. There’s lots of room to load the car with groceries and hop on for a quick trip to the cottage.

When we built the lift there was a wood shed right at the bottom that needed to remain intact so we had to actually dig the track into the ground.

We used wire mesh and embedded wooden “steps” under the track to minimize erosion and stabilize the slope. The lift seamlessly integrates into the landscaping and provides a great view of a terraced garden.

The left front corner of the car rail stopped just shy of the wood shed.

After we built the lift Scott Hobbs and his crew removed the wood shed and built this lower station.

The car needed 2-doors, one to access from the left side at the top and another to access from right side at the bottom.
